Public information.
Your display name, optional bio, and published reviews are public. Business profiles and published replies are public. Your email address is not shown on your public profile.
Private information.
We store your account email, authentication details, moderation records, reports, business claim information, and invitation records to operate the platform. Private evidence files are accessible only to the uploader and active platform administrators. Business managers cannot read a consumer’s evidence files.
Authentication and service providers.
Production authentication, database, and private storage use Supabase. If configured, invitation emails use Resend and Google sign-in uses Google through Supabase. The local demonstration runs separate local authentication and persistent PostgreSQL. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; no advertising analytics are installed in this version.
Your controls.
You can edit your public profile, update your password, and edit or delete your reviews from My account. Deleted reviews are immediately removed from the public score and retained as a private deletion record for moderation integrity. For account data access or deletion requests, contact the platform. Production operation requires the operator to publish their legal identity, retention schedule, and jurisdiction-specific terms before launch.
